Profile
We group our work into four areas - Telemetry & Observability, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, and Test Infrastructure - because it helps clients find us and helps us build depth. It is not a set of doors you have to fit through.
Plenty of good people sit between those areas, or slightly outside them: platform engineers, data engineers, SREs, people who have spent years doing something we do not have a name for. If you can see how what you do connects to what we do, we would rather hear from you than have you decide on our behalf that it does not.
This is an open application, and a deliberately general one. You are not applying for a named position, and you are not being asked to pick an area.
What tends to matter more than the label
- You have built something and stayed around long enough to learn what it was like to run
- You can explain a decision, including the ones that turned out to be wrong
- You work well with client teams, because most of what we do happens inside somebody else’s organisation
- You want to keep learning in public rather than guard what you know
Who tends to fit
Experience that lands well
- Fluent Swedish and English
- Real depth in something, and honesty about where it ends
- Consulting or client-facing work, or a clear reason to think you would take to it
- Enough breadth to see how your work touches the areas either side of it
We are not counting years, and we are not looking for a match against a list. Tell us what you are good at.
What we offer you
We offer you a dedicated management team, with a solid engineering and software development background. We are all part of the delivery and still active as consultants. This means that we have a better understanding of both our customer’s unique situation and your situation as an employed consultant. Basically, we are a company by knowledge workers for knowledge workers, built on a foundation of knowledge, empathy, sharing, and fun.
We expect all employees to be part of this culture.
- Willing to always learn something new and set knowledge into practice
- Participation in our competence jam sessions, conferences, and trips
- Willing to share, and spread positive energy
How an open application works
We recruit by expertise rather than by vacancy. Open applications go to the people who lead this area, they are read properly, and we come back to you - whether or not there is something to talk about immediately.
Tell us what you have built, what you would want to build here, and anything that shows how you think. A CV helps, but what you write matters more.
Sounds like a good match?
