We help organizations turn telemetry from a cost burden into something they can actually use. Most have grown their observability estate organically - dozens of agents, forwarders, and point-to-point integrations, each with its own configuration and its own way of failing. We consolidate that into unified pipelines: one architectural layer where data is collected, normalized, enriched, filtered, and routed on purpose rather than by accident.
That work sits between infrastructure, data engineering, and security. It rewards people who like understanding a whole system rather than one tool in it, and who are comfortable being the person a client team turns to.

What you would work on
- Designing unified telemetry pipeline architectures, and the migration paths that get clients there without a big-bang cutover
- Integrating diverse sources - application logs, infrastructure metrics, distributed traces, security events - without weighing down the systems being observed
- Building the processing layer: parsing, enrichment, normalization, and routing that make downstream platforms cheaper and more useful
- Optimizing cost and volume, routing high-value data to premium platforms and verbose data somewhere sensible
- Making telemetry serve security operations as well as engineering, so one data fabric feeds both
- Working directly with client teams - discovery, implementation, and the handover that leaves them able to run it themselves
Who tends to fit
Experience that lands well
- Fluent Swedish and English
- Hands-on time with observability or telemetry platforms - Splunk, Cribl, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger, New Relic, or their equivalents
- OpenTelemetry or a comparable instrumentation framework
- A working understanding of distributed systems and where their telemetry actually comes from
- A language you are comfortable solving problems in - Go, Python, Java, or similar
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes
We are not counting years. Someone who has built one telemetry pipeline properly and can explain every decision in it is more interesting to us than someone who has been near a dozen.
